TRADITIONAL METHOD

  • STEP 1

    Lightly mist hair with either water or a styling cream. Use the hair clip to secure the curling rod to the head.

  • STEP 2

    Take small or large sections of hair (depending upon your curl preference) and wrap hair around the rod. Secure ends with a scrunchy. After you finish one side, do the same on the other side.

  • STEP 3

    Remove the hair clip. Allow hair to fully dry (optional: 2-3 hours or overnight). After hair is fully dry to remove hair from curling rod to reveal your beautifully “heatless” curled results!

UNICORN METHOD

perfect for side sleepers

STEP 1 - Starting with the middle top of your head, lay the rod along the center part of your hair. Then, similar to french braiding, wrap (not braid) each piece of hair.

STEP 2 - Take turns from each side wrapping all the way down.

STEP 3 - Once you get to the bottom you can fold the rod over OR leave it long. You'll sleep like a baby and never realize it's there! Set lightly with minimal hairspray or water to lock in bouncy curls.
