Shipping policy

USA Orders & Shipping
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped using USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. 

International Orders & Shipping
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped using USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. 

Payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. You may receive your package earlier than expected or there may be unexpected delays due to USPS services. Shipping or transit time offered to you serve only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Holiday Shipping Notice
USA: Orders placed after December 15 are not guaranteed to arrive by December 24 / Christmas.

International: Orders placed after December 3 are not guaranteed to arrive by December 24 / Christmas.

Lost or Stolen Packages 
Plushsilks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. 

Plushsilks is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided and return shipments may be subject to a restocking fee. 

Returns and Exchanges 
We are pleased to offer a return policy within thirty (30) days after you've received your order. We accept returns on all orders, provided they are in re-saleable condition. This means products are unopened, unused and with any seals and packaging intact.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item outside of the United States, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items are checked upon arrival before any refund is issued. If your order does not meet these requirements, you will be liable to pay reshipment costs and/or a restock fee.
