USA Orders & Shipping
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped using USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. 

International Orders & Shipping
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped using USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We try our best to improve the shipping times. You may receive your package earlier than expected.  

Payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address.

Lost or Stolen Packages 
Plushsilks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Plushsilks is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided.
